| 6:40 PM | Synergy - Rob | A cooperative action of 2 or more muscle groups that achieve maximum results. Synergy is a fast paced routine that sculpts the entire body. It consists of concentrated movements designed to shrink your waistline, burn fat and promote lean muscle. | |
| Tuesday | 9:30 AM | Zumba - Staci | This class combines high energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves to dance away the pounds and your worries. Followed by a total body sculpt. |

| 5:30 PM | Power Kettles - Hans | Power Kettles uses a
variety of AKC kettlebell techniques to give you that conditioned
edge and ultimate workout. The Kettlebell builds tone muscle,
destroys fat and increases strength! You will build a strong core
and rock hard abs with this challenging workout. Class is designed
for all levels and ages. |

| Wednesday | 9:30 AM | Silver Sneakers - Margo | A multi-level, equipment based, total body conditioning class. Class objectives are to minimize age related physical deterioration, improve health-related and skill related physical fitness components to increase functional activities for daily living. This will increase a person's sense of well being in a group exercise setting. |
| 10:30AM | Cardio Kettle - Kevin | From Russia with love - say hello to the Kettlebell. Cardio Kettle is an exciting class designed for all levels/ages. Stemming from Russia in the 1700's, the Kettlebell melts fat while increasing strength. It gives you that conditioned edge and ultimate workout! | |

Collide - Rich/Rob | Spinning + Resistance Training + Latest Concepts = Collide. Its increases Endurance, Decreases Body Fat, Lean Dense Muscle and Smaller Waistline. Collide is 45 mins of Spinning, 30 mins of resistance training! There is a Class Fee $7.00, but if you have a current Spinning package or gym membership, fee will be waived. |
