Take a Spinning Class. The resistance controlled bikes helped men burn
700 calories in just 50 minutes. (over 100 more than men who rode
ordinary stationary bikes) report Italian scientists.
Think classes are sissy? Spinning was originally designed to help professional cyclists improve their cardiovascular fitness.
