 -     We have programs and equipment for the beginner to the elite bodybuilder.

 -     For the first timers we have great classes, free personal training guidance, new cardio equipment, nautilus equipment and Spinning.

 -     For those who have been around awhile, we have thousands of pounds of free weights, Hammer Strength equipment, three sets of dumbells going up to 200lb., Kettlebell training and the understanding you may grunt when you are squatting 600llbs.

 -     For seniors, come check out our Silver Sneakers program!! This program allows you to stay healthy and you participating insurance carrier picks up the cost!

We welcome everyone and feel we provide a family type atmosphere that all can enjoy. At Fitness One we only succeed when our members have succeeded in reaching their goals. We take that responsibility seriously. All our staff and management take great pride in the fact our members range from age 15 to age 85.
